سنسور فلو مایکروویو جامد MWS-DP-3-24V مواد جامد متحرک را با استفاده از نفوذپذیری بالا مایکروویو و اثر داپلر تشخیص می دهد. سر حس کننده امواج ماکرویو را به سمت مواد هدف انتقال می‌دهد . بخشی از امواج ماکرویو به سر حس کننده منعکس می‌شود و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار می‌گیرد که آیا آن‌ها از یک شی متحرک یا ثابت هستند . امواج میکروویو به شدت نفوذ کننده از  انباشته شده و حتی از طریق لوله‌های ساخته‌شده از مواد غیر هادی مانند پلاستیک عبور می‌کند . این بهترین روش برای تشخیص مواد مانند پودر، گرانول و غیره است که از طریق یک لوله خلاء حرکت می کند.

The MWS-DP-3-24V Microwave Solids Flow Sensor detects moving solids utilizing microwave high penetrability and the Doppler effect.

The sensing head transmits microwaves toward the target material.

A portion of the microwaves are reflected back to the sensing head and analyzed as to whether they are from a moving or stationary object.

The highly-penetrable microwave passes through a buildup on the head and even through pipe made of non-conducting materials such as plastics.

It is best suited for detecting such materials as powders, granules, etc., moving through a vacuum pipeline.

سنسور مایکروویو نوع MWS-24TX / RX یک سوئیچ سطح است که شامل یک فرستنده و گیرنده است که به صورت رو در رو نصب شده است. واحد فرستنده یک پرتو مایکروویو را که در واحد گیرنده دریافت می کند انتقال می دهد. یک رله خروجی هنگامی که پرتو مهار می شود آزاد می شود.

سنسور کاربرد گسترده‌ای در تمام زمینه‌های صنعت دارد که در آن ، تشخیص سطح تماس بسیار قابل‌اعتماد و غیر تماسی مورد نیاز است . سنسور به طور کلی برای کنترل فرآیند با نظارت بر حضور / عدم حضور محصول ، فلو / بدون فلو و تشخیص سطح نقطه در سیلوها استفاده می‌شود . سنسور همچنین می تواند به عنوان یک سوئیچ مجاورت برای تشخیص وسایل نقلیه مانند کامیون های تخلیه و ماشین های ریل استفاده شود.

The MWS-24TX/RX type microwave sensor is a Level Switch which consists of a transmitter and a receiver, installed face to face. The transmitter unit transmits a microwave beam which is received at the receiver unit. An output relay is released when the beam is obstructed.

The sensor has wide application across all areas of industry where highly reliable, non-contact level detection is required. The sensor is generally used for process control by monitoring presence/absence of product, flow/no flow conditions and point level detection in bins and silos. The sensor may also be used as a proximity switch for detection of vehicles such as dump trucks and rail cars.
